Turn the paper face up.

On the front side, fold the head/tail to the center.

You would be able to move the four tips a little in the direction of the arrows.
Move them a little and make space for folding the head/tail.

If you move the four tips hard, connecting parts will tear.
Therefore, move them carefully.

Fold the head/tail to the center while making space.
After that, raise it.

Then turn the paper over.

Turn the paper face down.

Lower the head/tail, which you have raised as it is in the former step.

Then fold the head/tail to the center.

On the reverse side, it would be easier to make space than the front side.
However, fold the head/tail carefully so that connecting parts do not tear.

First, pinch wings in the direction of the arrows and make creases neatly.

(On the opposite side, make a valley-fold on the dotted line as well.)

Repeat the 73th step to the 75th step on the other three parts.(on the other three wings)
