Make a new crease
When making a small crane,
make a bird-base while making a new crease near a connecting part.

Start with folding the square which has been circled.

Make a star-shape like this picture.
Then make a bird-base so that the yellow lines are changed to wings.

Make a new crease like the dotted line.

After making a new crease, make a bird-base.

The bird-base is finished.

The bird-base is connected to another like this picture.

Fold each of the head/tail to the center and raise them.

Raise them like this picture.
The first small crane is finished.

The crane is connected to another like this picture.

Then fold the square which has been circled.
Make a crane so that a wing is connected to a big square.

Spread wings of the small cranes.
If you swell a crane’s back, small cranes will be more beautiful.
Therefore, push a crane’s back from top while spreading wings.
After spreading wings, make beaks so that cranes face each other.

Then fold the big square.

Make a star-shape like this picture.
Then make a bird-base so that the yellow lines are changed to wings.
